Song Jin is one of the four famous brocades in China and has the title of "Splendid Crown". As the inheritor of Wujiang sericulture silk weaving skills (silk weaving skills) district-level intangible cultural heritage and the promotion ambassador of China's textile intangible cultural heritage, Wu Jianhua, chairman of Dingsheng Silk Co., Ltd., has been engaged in the silk industry for more than 30 years, and led the team to successfully develop an electronic jacquard machine in line with the traditional Song brocade weaving process, which has increased the weaving speed of Song Jin by 200 times, and is known as the first person of Song Jin's "living protection".
The intangible cultural heritage Song Jin integrated smart factory project not only covers production, R&D and design functions, but also integrates exhibition, cultural and creative and cultural tourism functions, which will open up a new path for the modernization and upgrading of the traditional silk industry. "We will deploy a full-process intelligent and digital production line, from raw material processing to weaving, processing, packaging and logistics, to achieve intelligent collaboration and efficient operation of the whole industry chain." Wu Jianhua introduced that the smart factory will also be equipped with a data visualization system to optimize the production process and improve product quality through real-time data monitoring and analysis. The project specially invited the core technical team of the National Engineering Laboratory of Modern Silk of Soochow University to promote the modernization and innovation of Song Jin technology and Zhang satin technology through in-depth industry-university-research cooperation. With technical support, the factory will focus on the research and development of high-end silk new materials, especially in the medical field, through the production of high-quality silk sutures, to achieve an annual output of 100 tons, with an estimated annual output value of 500 million yuan. This not only fills the gap of domestic high-end silk technology, but also injects new vitality into the upgrading of the traditional silk industry.
